An attempt to describe the principles of community art ends up being a political commentary on capitalism vs egalitarian ideologies. There was more positive references of Marxism in the commentary than about the topic. The last paragraph was the only redeemable section of this article choosing to champion the laymen and help us all to assume that all people are capable of understanding and appreciating art.
